Under the focused guide of sacred sound, we'll connect with ancestors on the other side and contemplate our experiences of death. Through cord cutting, we will explore death as a release and letting go. And finally, we will feel into the unique ability of death and grief to grant an orientation more towards compassion, acceptance, and living more in the present moment.
