The Self-Love Reset, Align & Bloom

  • Rising Sol Hot Yoga 400 N. Henry Street Alexandria, VA 22314 United States (map)

Sacred Full Moon circles that support women’s mindfulness, connection, and emotional renewal — guided with intention, community, and ritual. Join us to deepen your self-connection, honor the lunar cycle, and experience guided practices that renew your heart and spirit.

In the quiet after Valentine’s Day, the Full Moon invites us to turn inward, shed inherited patterns, and renew how we love ourselves — not as a luxury, but as a foundation for clarity, courage, and peace. Welcome the new year with a slow and nurturing women’s circle focused on self-acceptance and desire. This circle invites you to recalibrate the conscious relationship with your inner life: the patterns you inhabit, the vows you’ve made unconsciously, and the longings that seek your care.

  • Reconnect with your inner voice.

  • Release emotional fog that’s been weighing on you.

  • Grow in community, not isolation.

Why This Circle Is Worth Your Time:

  • Facilitated with intention and heart by trained and trauma informed guides Nadine Calderon and Louisa Meyer.

  • A community of supportive women who hold sacred space together.

  • Personal growth happens faster when shared — ritual and reflection in community supports healing.

What to expect: Circles are held in person. They offer time to share what's on your heart as you feel called, participate in a guided mindfulness practice (yoga, meditation, or sound healing), and a creative activity connected to the month's topic such as painting, embroidery, watercolor, and more: an invitation to honor yourself and practice self-love in a safe and fun environment.

What to bring and keep in mind:

  1. Circles are sacred space. Respect, conscientiousness, and confidentiality are important tenets of keeping a space intentional, safe, and true to its purpose (held with integrity). We expect all attendees to uphold these tenets in holding a co-creative seat during circle participation.

  2. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking, shoe removal, and settling in.

  3. To drop deeper into presence, recommend limiting your phone use during circles if possible.

  4. Bring: water, yoga mat, journal/pen, blanket optional, and yourself as you are.

  5. Wear: comfortable clothes. The studio runs hot so layers may be ideal to remove if needed.

An example of what 2 hours in our circle may include:

  1. - Opening ceremony

  2. - Mindfulness Belly Breathing

  3. - Journaling while sipping warm and delicious tea

  4. - Sharing from the heart

  5. - Dance break

  6. - Watercolor abstract painting activity

  7. - Yin Yoga

  8. - Closing circle

*** Please remember every circle is different, since we plan them around the full moon energy of the month ***
