Join us for our first Richmond Full Moon Circle for the Spring Equinox in March 2026: Planting Seeds of Growth!
The Spring Equinox invites us to recognize the balance between light and dark, emphasizing an embrace of brighter days and new beginnings. In that space is a fertile window for ideas, aspects of self, and habits to take root. In this circle, we will be:
Setting intentions for the next stage of growth.
Tending to your pasture - dedicating the habits, energy, time, and resources to cultivate the life you envision.
Growing toward your light in a community of others.
Why This Circle?
Facilitated with intention and heart in a safe, trauma-informed space by Nadine Calderon and Louisa Meyer.
A community of supportive women who hold sacred space together.
Personal growth is enriched through ritual and reflection in community-supported healing spaces.
Date: March 21, 2026
Time: 3:00 - 5:00pm
Location: HeartMind Resiliency {3108 Semmes Avenue, Richmond, VA 23225}
Tickets: $50/person. Refunds will be honored up to 24 hours before event start time.
*Bringing a friend? Bundle and save with $10 off a purchase of 2 tickets for a circle! Use promo code FRIENDSBUNDLE at checkout.
What to expect: Circles are held in person. They offer time to share what's on your heart as you feel called, participate in a guided mindfulness practice (yoga, meditation, or sound healing), and a creative activity connected to the month's topic such as painting, embroidery, watercolor, and more: an invitation to honor yourself and practice self-love in a safe and fun environment.
What to bring and keep in mind:
Circles are sacred space. Respect, conscientiousness, and confidentiality are important tenets of keeping a space intentional, safe, true to its purpose, and held with integrity. We ask that attendees uphold these tenets in holding a co-creative seat during circle participation.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking, shoe removal, and settling in.
To drop deeper into presence, recommend limiting your phone use during circles if possible.
Bring: water, yoga mat, journal/pen, blanket optional, and yourself as you are.
Wear: comfortable clothes. The studio runs hot so layers may be ideal to remove if needed.
An example of what 2 hours in our circle may include:
- Opening ceremony
- Mindfulness Belly Breathing
- Journaling while sipping warm and delicious tea
- Sharing from the heart
- Dance break
- Watercolor abstract painting activity
- Yin Yoga
- Closing circle
*** Please remember every circle is different, since we plan them around the full moon energy of the month ***
